📆 Subscription Duration (1 Year)

Each Mediapapa subscription (plugin license or AI license) is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. During this period, you receive:

  • Plugin updates
  • New features
  • Security patches
  • Access to support
  • AI features access (for AI subscription)

The license associated with a subscription will stay active as long as the subscription is active.

🔁 Automatic Renewal (Enabled by Default)

By default, your subscription is set to auto-renew every year.
This ensures your website never loses access to updates and your licenses stay active.

You’ll automatically be billed the renewal amount on the anniversary date of your purchase.

You will receive a renewal reminder one month and another reminder two weeks before the charge or expiration of your subscription.

Once the payment is completed, you will receive by mail a renewal receipt.

🛑 Canceling Your Subscription

If you do not wish to continue after the current billing cycle, you can cancel anytime.

To cancel:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to My downloads
  3. Select your Mediapapa subscription
  4. Click Cancel

⚠ What happens when you cancel?

  • Your license remains fully active until the end of the current yearly period
  • Once it expires, you will lose access to updates, features, and support.
    Your version of Mediapapa will still continue to work.

There is no refund when canceling a subscription (see refund policy below for details).

🔄 Renewing a Subscription

If you cancel a subscription but wish to renew it later:

Include useful details such as your subscription name, order number and account email so we can quickly locate your subscription.

  • We will activate auto-renew every year on your subscription
  • If your license was expired, it is reactivated for updates and support
  • You could cancel your subscription anytime from your Mediapapa account.
