❓ Why Deactivate a Site?
Deactivating a site removes it from the list of active domains tied to your Mediapapa license. This is especially helpful when:
- You’ve reached your activation limit and need to switch domains.
- A site is no longer in use and you want to reassign the license elsewhere.
⚙ How to Deactivate a Site via the License Management Page
You can deactivate a site from your Mediapapa customer account.
- Log in on the Mediapapa website My account → Order history
- Click on View Licenses on an order
- Identify the License you want to manage and click on Manage Sites
- On this page you will be able to deactivate a site from you License by clicking Deactivate Site
✅ Well done, the site is desactivated from your license:
- The deactivated site will no longer count toward your active site limit.
- The license usage is updated instantly in your account.
- You can now activate Mediapapa on a different domain using the same license key
