Effective date: 1 September 2026
Overview
Active product development for Mediapapa ended on 31 August 2026.
From 1 September 2026 through 31 August 2029 inclusive, Mediapapa will operate in maintenance mode. This policy describes the maintenance and support commitments made by BE API during that period.
Maintenance period
During the maintenance period, BE API will:
- Provide security updates when required.
- Fix significant, reproducible bugs that materially affect Mediapapa’s documented core functionality.
- Maintain compatibility with supported versions of WordPress and PHP, as well as the hosting environments supported by Mediapapa on the effective date of this policy.
- Continue to provide support through the existing support channels.
- Honour the response-time commitments applicable to each customer’s current subscription or signed agreement.
What maintenance mode does not include
Maintenance mode does not include:
- A new product roadmap.
- Proactive development of new features.
- Guaranteed support for new integrations, platforms or hosting environments.
- Custom development or issues caused exclusively by third-party products or unsupported configurations.
Specific changes may be considered when required by a customer, but no such change is committed unless separately agreed in writing.
Eligibility
Access to premium updates, support and connected services remains subject to the terms of the customer’s active subscription or signed agreement.
Nothing in this policy reduces any more favourable commitment expressly included in an existing signed agreement.
End of the maintenance commitment
BE API’s public maintenance commitment ends on 31 August 2029.
After that date, no security updates, bug fixes, compatibility updates or support services are committed under this policy. Customers should not rely on the continued availability of the Plugin or its connected cloud services after that date unless a separate written agreement has been concluded.
Any definitive service shutdown arrangements will be documented separately once the operational scope and timetable have been confirmed.
Planning ahead
If Mediapapa is part of a critical workflow or infrastructure dependency, please contact us before the end of the maintenance period. We will help you assess your requirements and plan the appropriate next steps.
